Our athletes master routines that include stunts, tumbling, jumps, and dance, combining these elements into a two-and-a-half-minute performance on a specialised sprung floor. Teams are organised based on age and skill level, ensuring that there is a spot for everyone, regardless of their age or abilities. Our competitive cheer teams practice twice weekly and showcase their skills at seven local and one interstate competition annually.

At Inferno Cheer and Dance, our popular tumble classes offer athletes of all ages and abilities an opportunity to improve existing skills and learn new ones. For most athletes, once they break down the fundamentals of lunging, cartwheels, handstands and round-offs, we find that they’re so much more confident and capable. We offer both group classes and private lessons.
